Datwyler is looking forward to participating as an exhibitor at the Wearable Technologies Conference 2018 in San Francisco from July 11 – 12, 2018, and present its company health care portfolio, including newest solutions in the fields of digital health and wearables. Datwyler recently introduced its new soft dry electrodes for long-term EEG monitoring, designed to provide significantly more comfort and elevate the security for patients while delivering reliable solutions.
The 29th annual Wearable Technologies Conference offers great networking opportunities with experts from the WT ecosystem. Attendees can also meet more than 22,000 visitors of the show, amongst them top purchasers, leading manufacturers, and C-level executives.
Datwyler produces over 16 billion high-quality components for health care applications each year and is a significant player in the drug packaging and the development and manufacturing of medical device components for the administration for drugs.
Acknowledging the increasingly important role of digital health for clinical, therapeutic and private purposes, Datwyler’s Health Care Medical Solutions team collaborates with other industry partners to leverage innovations in the field of digital health. Together with imec, Datwyler is bringing high-quality Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) to the health care sector and developed the dry polymer electrodes for the glasses of imec’s new wireless eye-tracking technology based on electro-oculography (EOG). The technology not only holds great potential for use in eye-tracking for the identification of ocular conditions and diseases but could also be employed for clinical research on neurodegenerative diseases.
