It is one of Datwyler’s strategic objectives to strive to be best-in-class in customer intimacy and easy-to-do-business with. Therefore, our customers’ feedback is crucial to us: It allows us to understand their needs and helps us to find out how we can provide them with what they really want. On a regular basis, we ask our customers to respond to our global Customer Satisfaction Survey. Receiving their feedback helps us to plan, implement, and measure clear actions that allow us to improve our products and services. Last year, we linked a charity programme to the survey. For each answer that we received, we donated 20 vaccines to the Unicef Immunization Programme “Let’s close the gap”.
The number of responses that we received from our customers allowed us to donate 16’675 polio vaccines to Unicef. With this donation, Unicef was able to improve the lives of 16’675 infants.
“Let’s close the gap” was the theme of the “2015 immunization week”. Unfortunately, nearly 1 in 5 of the worlds’ infants miss out on basic vaccines that could mean the difference between life and death. According to Unicef, vaccines save up to 3 million lives each year.
Therefore, our customers’ input not only helps us to improve, but also saves more lives and keeps children healthy. Together with our customers, we can help to close the gap. We thank our customers for their most valuable support.
