Datwyler is looking for a (m/f) :PROJECT MANAGER HR

The position
You will support the Head of Corporate HR managing projects (based on business needs) including but not limited to implementing a global HR Information System (SAP Succesfactors) with roll out to all Datwyler subsidiaries. The role calls for an understanding of core HR processes and an interest in HR Information Systems.

Areas of responsibility
You will be part of a project team responsible for implementing end to end flow. You will participate in team activities: design, development, testing, change management and implementation. You will be integrated in a dynamic, challenging and international environment. You are able to provide good insights on the business needs and to formulate propositions to meet them. You offer first line support wherever needed.

Degree in HR or acquired skills by relevant experience such as leading the implementation of multiple modules of the SAP SuccessFactors suite (or similar application) at a global, international scale.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills : the ability to work well with people from different disciplines. Eager to work in distributed teams across countries and cultures.Competence in clear, concise and tactful communication with senior management, peers and team members.
Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project charter, project management plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule.
Willingness to travel on a regular basis with base location either in Belgium (Alken) or Italy (Lainate/Milan).
Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change. Excellent communicative skills in English (oral and written); German language skills will be an additional asset.
