Initially, the position will hold responsibility as part of greenfield project team to assist in the setup of a clean, pharma packaging manufacturing environment, including but not limited to: supporting in set up of infrastructure of utilities and machine installation. Once the state of the art manufacturing facility is operational the incumbent will move into an maintenance support function for the local operation.
Operations Support: Supports Production through equipment for the plant. Troubleshoots and Repairs, programs, adjusts and calibration plant wide control and instrumentation. Maintains and updates master data documentation on all assigned equipment.
Facility Maintenance Support: Supports the maintenance and repair of the infrastructure/building.
Maintenance: Performs preventive maintenance action items, in accordance with the predictive/preventive maintenance plans to ensure production lines are able to produce on time and in full. Follows up on equipment performance and suggests and introduces improvements.
Position Requirements: Strong technical competence is a required with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics repair and troubleshooting computer programming, calibrating process controls and troubleshooting process controls. Experience with PLC and HMI programming in Allen Bradley and/or Siemens required. Strong knowledge required in use of other precision electronic equipment under their cognizance. Must have utility experience, working with compressed air, chillers, etc.
