You will play a key role in defining and implementing at global level the product & process related risk analysis via FMEA. You will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of a standardized and harmonized global risk management system, compliant to applicable regulatory and customer requirements. This will involve becoming the subject matter expert in product quality risk management. You will identify opportunities to continuously improve quality system related processes in alignment with risk management. You will coordinate the definition of user requirement specifications and implementation of a dedicated FMEA software and provide training regarding risk management.
You will moreover focus on operational change management. Responsible for the successful planning, implementation and management of agreed global change projects. You will have the ability to assess the change impact both at Datwyler and international partners (customers/suppliers), and to develop the change management activities accordingly. You will conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders, define the scope of agreed change projects in collaboration with identified stakeholders, support the design and delivery of training programs, integrate change management activities into project plan, while managing the global change portfolio.
You will report to the Head of Global Business Processes.
You will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Math, Science, Business, Engineering or another science-based discipline, a minimum of 2 years of Quality Engineering experience, with prior experience in Product & Process Risk Management. You have acquired a proven experience and knowledge of product quality risk management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. FMEA, APQP/PPAP), preferable in automotive environment. You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal are a must, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Your ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal will benefit you in this role as a team player. You are highly organized, yet flexible, with a positive attitude towards problem solving and root cause identification. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle is essential, along with experience with large scale organizational change efforts, and a solid understanding of how people and departments go through operational change processes.
